Make the reading space fit you. Your appearance choices apply across readings, so you do not have to set them again for every photo.
Open Reading appearance
In a reading, tap the Aa control in the toolbar. You can also open Settings, then Reading appearance.
Adjust the words and spacing
Use the minus and plus controls for Text size and Line spacing. Turn on Book-style font if you prefer a serif typeface. The preview shows how the changes look.
Choose an appearance
Choose Device setting, Light, or Dark under App appearance. Device setting follows your iPhone or iPad's appearance. Tap Done when the reading feels comfortable.
Return to the defaults if you like
Tap Reset appearance to restore the app's default reading settings. Your readings stay in the library. The app also responds to your device's text-size settings.
Controls have spoken labels
With VoiceOver, the Aa button is named Reading appearance. The reading screen also supports the two-finger double-tap gesture to start or pause listening.
